Once dealt with, we delete enquiry emails immediately.

 

When you book an appointment with us

When you book an appointment with us, we ask you for your name, address, contact telephone number and email address.  

 

We use a third-party to manage our appointments and our patients provide our patient record and appointment system, Cliniko. Because we use a third-party provider to manage patient records and appointment, they have a separate privacy notice, which can be found here: -

Your information is stored in our client database system which is hosted by Cliniko. We have a contractual agreement with Cliniko that commits them to providing an appropriate level of safeguards for your personal data. Cliniko are based in Australia, however they have additional privacy safeguarding agreements and arrangements in place under GDPR purposes for Companies such as ours, who are operating in a country bound by GDPR regulations. We will read your message and normally respond to you either via telephone or via email. We may ask for your consent to retain your information in our client database system in order to send you further information that we think may be of interest to you.

 

We will not use the information to make any automated decisions that might affect you.
