I have visited Fiona, at the Ongar Foot Clinic, on a number of occasions, predominantly, for the persistent in-grower on my big toe. Highly recommended. Professional, friendly, and pocket friendly service. Oh, and plenty of free or very cheap parking.

I've always had consistently good service from Hannah, so much so that most of my family now visit her clinic as well! After a trip here it's genuinely like walking on air! Well recommended!

ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture involves stimulating sensory nerves under the skin and in the muscles of the body.
This results in the body producing natural substances, such as pain-relieving endorphins, and an increase in blood to the area, encouraging healing.
Carried out correctly, acupuncture is completely safe.
All of our therapists are AACP registered, and we use single use needles provided by the AACP.
SPORT MASSAGE
A range of soft tissue techniques, stretching and mobilisations to reduce tension and tightness in the muscles.
The benefits of a sports massage are numerous: improved flexibility, reduced risk of injury, injury recovery, and a boosted circulatory system.
Sports massage is fantastic for both event preparation and event recovery. We have helped many clients before and after marathons, power lifting competitions, football matches, and to stay loose in general.
